We build what
we believe in.
Two decades of real-world data work. Two products we're actually proud of. No vendor agenda — just practitioners who ship what they preach.
Two products.
One mission.
Built by practitioners who've spent careers in data — not consultants selling frameworks.

Get Early AccessWe Started as Developers.
We Still Are.
We didn't start as consultants. We started as developers — writing PL/SQL at 2 AM, debugging ETL pipelines, arguing about Kimball vs. Inmon, and building data lakes that quietly became data swamps. We've been in the trenches of enterprise data for more than two decades.
Fifty-plus clients across finance, healthcare, life sciences, supply chain, semiconductors, and more. We were in the rooms where decisions were made, and at the keyboards when the consequences hit. We've seen every major data era up close — not as analysts writing reports about them, but as engineers and architects living through them.
Now we're in the AI/agentic era. And we're doing what practitioners do: rolling up our sleeves, testing what actually works, and sharing what we learn — honestly, including the stuff that doesn't work.
Every era. First-hand.
Still rooted in SQL. Still writing code.
Still in the trenches.
No platform to sell.
No agenda to protect.
We have no platforms to sell. No vendor relationships to protect. No analyst rankings to chase. Just practitioners who've seen enough enterprise transformation projects — the ones that worked and the ones that quietly failed after the consultants left.
- Share what we've learned — the real stuff, including what didn't work and why
- Name the problems others avoid naming, even when that's uncomfortable
- Advise with honesty, even when the honest answer is "not yet" or "not this"
- Make it real enough to drive outcomes — not just slide decks and frameworks
“That's the adda.
Pull up a chair.”
An adda is a gathering. A place where people come to talk — really talk, not present. That's what this is. Senior practitioners, honest conversations, real-world outcomes.
